Our Service
- Planned preventative maintenance
Our fire maintenance service is in line with the recommendations made with BS5839, ensuring that 100% of your devices are tested over a 12 month period - with a minimum of 2 service visits per year. However, we can tailor our fire alarm maintenance and servicing packages to suit your operational needs including a full-time site presence, or a rolling programme.
- Faults and reactive maintenance
Fire alarm system faults are inevitable - building works, water ingress, and general wear and tear can all contribute to system problems. At Drax 360, our expert staff can identify and rectify faults quickly and efficiently, and we aim to return your system to full working order in the shortest possible time.
- Alterations and additions
Your building layouts may change, meaning that escape routes and their protection level will be modified. Our fire alarm servicing team can advise on any potential changes the fire alarm system design may need as a result of this, including the often forgotten considerations needed to alarm loop loadings, and control panel software.
What we offer
As part of our comprehensive fire alarm lifecycle management, we provide fire alarm maintenance and servicing to your fire alarm systems, to keep them up to date and compliant.
Recommendations for dilapidation
Our specialist engineers can provide consultation on the service life of your fire alarm system components, the potential they have for failure, and the availability of spare parts.
Condition reporting
Drax 360 can help ensure that your devices are operating satisfactorily, based of the recommended design life. We do this by assessing the current condition of your systems and advise whether replacement is needed.
Reporting non compliances
We’ll assess your installed fire alarm system and review its compliance with the current standards. Then, we'll report any shortcomings to the responsible person in your organisation.
Budget planning
In addition to our other services, Drax 360 provides a combined compliance and condition report, with a fully costed gap analysis. Working with you, we can then prioritise certain activities - enabling you to plan your budget in advance.
Driving innovation
Drax 360 technologies are improving levels of fire protection, boosting efficiency, and reducing costs. We make service reports accessible via our online portal (IRIS), and display all your information in a central performance management dashboard (SafeVue).
Responding quickly
Even if you don’t have a fire alarm maintenance and servicing contract with us, we’re keen to help wherever we can. We can respond to issues quickly and efficiently, leveraging our skills, experience, and industry knowledge to find a prompt resolution.
